Hi! We proudly own Black Sheep Coffee Bar in beautiful downtown Kelowna, BC.

We are Allan & Angela, a husband-and-wife pair that are passionate about making great coffee and ensuring outstanding customer service. 

We moved to Canada from Scotland in 2018 with dreams of having a better future, for us and our two daughters.  We spent four years chasing that dream in Calgary before making the move to sunny Kelowna in 2022.  We spent 25 years in Scotland owning and operating our own automotive shop, servicing vehicles. 

We decided to make a big change and retired the tools and bought a coffee shop.  Our goal is to make our coffee shop the place that people want to be.  We aim to be a warm, welcoming place, where people can come and enjoy a perfect cup of coffee, a sweet treat, or even a delicious sandwich or bagel.

You can often find us in the shop talking to customers and working the bar making your drinks.  We have handpicked staff members who are personable and local to the area to help achieve our goals, and our amazing daughters are always around to give us a helping hand as well.  We are embracing the new challenges and are excited to share our newfound passion with the people of the Okanagan!
